‘LET THEM ROAR’ Baby friendly performance announced for EMILIA

28th March, 2019

On Wednesday 24 April, 2:30pm, the West End production of Emilia will be hosting a pioneering performance called ‘Let Them Roar,’ welcoming parents and carers to bring their babies, 12 months and under, to see the show.

The producers of Emilia in the West End, Eleanor Lloyd, Kate Pakenham, Nica Burns and Eilene Davidson said ‘Emilia is a story about women, created and performed by women which also breaks the fourth wall, so it provides a unique opportunity to do something different and welcome babies and their carers into the theatre for this special matinee performance on Wednesday 24th April.’

Morgan Lloyd Malcolm said: ‘As a mum I would have loved the chance to see a play in the west end when my kids were babies. Emilia was a mother herself and huge supporter of women and it feels incredibly fitting that we have been able to offer this.’

Tickets for the performance are £25-£35, and babies of course go free.
