COVID 19 SECURE
Due to the current coronavirus restrictions our theatres are closed until 17th May 2021. Our ticketing team will be in touch about bookings during the affected period. Please bear with us during these very busy times and continue to support us by staying with us and exchanging your tickets for a future performance. The safety of our audiences, performers and staff is our utmost priority. When we are allowed to reopen we will be following government guidelines and as such have put in place a number of measures as part of our Covid-safe reopening plan, and we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Please find our current measures outlined below but note these are subject to changes to keep in line with the latest government guidance. Up to date as of Tuesday 6th April 2021.
Each of our venues employ social distancing measures around the theatres in accordance with current requirements:
1m + social distancing between each customer bubble plus robust mitigations (max 6 people per group. All bookings in a group must only be from the same household or the legally defined support bubble). Stalls seating has been reconfigured to 1m + front to back. Circle seating where 1m + front to back is not possible, seats will be left empty. The box office algorithm is programmed to leave gaps between each customer bubble.
Contactless ticketing. Staggered arrival times advised on your ticket.
Different entry and exit points depending on the location of your seats.
One way systems to direct you around the building where possible.
Drinks and refreshments pre-ordered and consumed in the comfort of your seat.
Floor and wall signage to help navigate around the theatre.
Please respect social distancing guidelines and remain at least 1 metre + from others at all times, including when queuing to enter the theatres. Staff will be on hand to assist you.
48 hours before the performance we’ll ask you to check-in online which will involve completing a health questionnaire and providing contact details on behalf of yourself and your party to assist with track and trace. Once completed, we’ll deliver your tickets to your mobile or smart device for contact-free entry to the theatre.
If you do not receive your health questionnaire within 48 hours or your e-tickets within 24 hours of your visit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will assist you.
An official NHS QR code will be displayed on arrival for you to check in with the NHS COVID-19 App. All customers will be required to check in on arrival.
Contactless bag checks will be carried out at the entrance to the theatre. There will not be any cloakroom facilities available so please only bring one bag per person (max size 40cm x 20cm x 25cm).
All audience members aged 11 and above must wear a face covering, fully covering the nose and mouth at all times, whilst inside the theatre, except when eating or drinking.
Contact-free temperature checks will take place as you enter. If you show a temperature of higher than 37.8 degrees, you and your party may be unable to enter the theatre.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter the theatre. Sanitiser can also be found at designated points throughout the building.
All Nimax theatres are sanitised regularly and professionally cleaned on a continual basis. Common contact surfaces and toilet facilities are regularly sanitised by our on-site cleaning team.
If you, or anyone in your household or support bubble is feeling unwell or has displayed any symptoms of Covid-19 in the 10 days prior to your visit, please stay at home and follow government guidelines. Our friendly team will help you re-arrange your visit. Simply contact email@example.com.
We look forward to seeing you and enjoy the show!
